Terms & Conditions
- The following are NOT included in the price: Admission fees to attractions and other personal expenses.
- Overtime charges will apply if the chartered duration exceeds 10 hours (any portion of an hour less than 60 minutes will be rounded up to a full hour). Please pay the overtime charges in cash on the same day. The rates are as follows: NT$500 per 60 minutes for a 5-seater vehicle, NT$600 per 60 minutes for a 9-seater vehicle, and NT$1000 per 60 minutes for a Mercedes Sprinter.
- Cancellations, refunds, and changes to the booking date or service details are not permitted.
- The service provider may cancel the activity due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, rescheduling is possible, and the activity will be handled according to the inclement weather policy outlined below; no refunds will be given.
- No refunds will be issued if you decide to discontinue the activity after it has commenced.
- Cooperation with the service provider's防疫 measures, such as wearing a mask and sanitizing, is required.
- The service provider will determine the feasibility of the activity on the day of departure based on the prevailing weather conditions and other safety factors. It is recommended to check the service provider's website before departure.
