  3. Delivery and Pickup
    • We offer delivery service to designated locations.
      Delivery Fee:
      Free delivery for orders over HKD 500.
      A delivery fee of HKD 200 will be charged for orders below HKD 500.
    • Pickup Service:
      Free pickup service can be arranged at Young's Holidays. Details will be provided upon order confirmation.
    • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. If delivery fails, additional charges for redelivery may apply.
  4. Payment
    • Full payment for the order must be made at the time of ordering through accepted payment methods.
    • We do not store your payment information. All transactions are processed securely.
  5. Returns and Exchanges
    • Returns and exchanges are only applicable for products with quality issues.
    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
    • Young's Holidays reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds or to reject requests.
    • Returned items must be in their original condition and include all packaging and accessories.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
  6. Liability
    • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
