7-Passenger Vehicle: Maximum of 5 passengers, can accommodate 2 pieces of luggage under 24 inches and 5 pieces of luggage over 26 inches.
10-Passenger Vehicle: Maximum of 9 passengers, can accommodate 3-4 pieces of luggage under 24 inches or 2 pieces of luggage over 26 inches.

Terms & Conditions
- When placing an order, please make sure to accurately fill in the number of luggage. If the number of luggage and the number of passengers cannot be accommodated based on professional judgment, we will negotiate a change of vehicle type or cancel the order. If the actual number of luggage at the scene does not match the number filled in during the order and cannot be accommodated on-site, the driver has the right to refuse the pick-up and no refund will be processed. Please be advised.
- Please be sure to provide contact information that can be reached on-site. If you leave a mobile number, please confirm that it can receive calls in Japan. If you provide a messaging app, please ensure you have internet access and have enabled settings to receive messages from non-friends. If we cannot contact you, we will not be able to process refunds or changes. Please be advised.
- Prices are calculated based on the lowest fares of flights, hotels, and additional fees on that day. Actual costs may fluctuate due to currency exchange rates and supply circumstances. If costs change for the above reasons, no prior notice will be given.
- Once travel products are confirmed, all contents are non-changeable, and any payments made are non-refundable.
- Due to travelers failing to provide travel documents for review at the time of registration, travelers must independently verify and ensure the following for themselves and their companions:
1) The English names of registered travelers must match the names on their travel documents.
2) The validity of travel documents must be calculated from the departure date and must exceed six months.3) Holders must have valid visas for transit or entry.
4) Passports must have sufficient blank pages for entry purposes.
- To make your journey more secure, the Hong Kong Tourism Board recommends purchasing travel insurance for personal protection while traveling.
