- The pass can be used for reserved and non-reserved seats on Limited Express trains (HARUKA, SHIOKAZE, NAMPU, etc.).
* For reserved seating, ensure you book your seats before boarding the train.
* Non-reserved seating is not available on trains with exclusively reserved seats.

Okayama Korakuen Garden
Korakuen Garden, one of Japan’s three great gardens, was laid out in 1700 (the 13th year of the Genroku era) by Lord Ikeda Tsunamasa and is a stroll-style garden that epitomises the Edo period. Here, you can enjoy the beauty of seasonal flowers throughout the year, including plum blossoms, cherry blossoms, azaleas and rhododendrons.

Seto Ohashi Bridge
Spanning the heart of the beautiful Seto Inland Sea archipelago, it consists of six bridges. From the Washuzan Observation Deck, visitors can take in the stunning view of more than 50 islands of all sizes dotted across the calm waters, as well as the majestic Seto Ohashi Bridge. The scenery at dusk is particularly beautiful and has been selected as one of ‘Japan’s Top 100 Sunset Views’.

You must reserve a seat before boarding. There are two ways to do this:
1) Go to the station ticket office, show your JR Pass to the staff, and collect your JR reserved-seat ticket
2) Use the reserved-seat ticket machines at any JR station to make a reservation and collect your ticket, avoiding the need to queue at the ticket office.
Terms & Conditions
- JR tickets operate under a registration system, with a very complicated booking process. Please ensure you provide all necessary information when placing your order. Please be aware that should any delays in ticket issuance occur due to incomplete information, or should any details need to be amended, passengers will be held responsible and required to pay a handling fee.
- Adults or holders of a rail pass may travel with up to two infants (aged 1–5) free of charge. A child’s rail pass must be purchased for the third child onwards. Infants under one year of age may travel free of charge.
- A child’s rail pass must be purchased for each infant in the following circumstances:
① Where an infant is travelling alone in a reserved seat in a standard carriage (Standard Class Reserved Seat)
② When the child is travelling alone.
- Luggage regulations for carriages: Luggage must not exceed a combined total of 250 cm in height, width and length (up to 200 cm in length), and passengers may carry up to two items weighing a total of 30 kg (umbrellas, walking sticks, hand luggage and rucksacks are not included in this limit).
- The ticket is valid for exchange for 90 days from the date of issue; it will become invalid after this period.
- The validity period for exchange is 90 days from the ‘DATE OF ISSUE’ (month and day of issue) printed on the ticket.
- The ticket is valid for 7 days after exchange; it will become invalid after this period.
- Please note that once the ticket has been exchanged, the date of use cannot be changed.
- Please note that no refunds will be issued if the ticket has been used but the train service is suspended.
- Reservations for reserved-seat tickets must be made at a JR West or JR Shikoku station ticket office prior to boarding.
- Please be aware that only one ticket of the same type and for the same period may be exchanged per passport.
- Please ensure you carry your passport with you at all times during your journey. Station staff may ask to see your passport when entering or exiting stations; please cooperate with their requests.
- Please note that ticket exchange counters in Japan can only issue tickets valid for use within one month.

- The ticket must be exchanged at a designated counter in Japan; please refer to the official website for exchange locations.
* If the ticket machine is out of order or your passport does not contain an IC chip, please proceed to the green ticket counter at the designated station to exchange your ticket for a physical one.
- Prices are calculated based on the lowest available airfares, hotel rates and surcharges on the day of booking. Actual costs may vary due to exchange rates and availability. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice should changes occur for the aforementioned reasons.
- Once a travel package has been confirmed, no changes can be made to any details, and no refunds will be issued for any payments already made.
- As travellers are unable to provide travel documents for inspection by our staff at the time of booking, travellers must check and ensure for themselves and their travelling companions that:
* The English name of the booked traveller must match the English name on the travel document
* The travel document must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure
* Hold a valid visa for transit or entry
* Have sufficient blank pages in the passport for immigration purposes - To ensure a more worry-free journey, the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself whilst travelling
- The Company will not accept any refund requests from passengers who fail to board the flight as scheduled
