Availble Area/ Train Services

The pass is valid for up to seven days, so you can take your time travelling from Kansai to Hokuriku. Why not explore the region’s diverse attractions, from historic streets to magnificent natural landscapes?

Gero Onsen Gassho Village

Located in Hida Takayama, this visitor centre features more than ten traditional gassho-zukuri houses that have been relocated from the World Heritage-listed village of Shirakawa-go. By recreating the original appearance of the settlement, it serves as a valuable museum offering a glimpse into the lives of people in those days.

Kawai Shrine

Located within the grounds of Shimogamo Shrine in Kyoto, this shrine is dedicated to matters such as finding a good marriage partner, safe childbirth and child-rearing. It enshrines the beautiful Princess Tamayori-hime and is renowned as a shrine for prayers for beauty.

You must reserve a seat before boarding. There are two ways to do this:
1) Go to the station ticket office, show your JR Pass to the staff, and collect your JR reserved-seat ticket
2) Use the reserved-seat ticket machines at any JR station to make a reservation and collect your ticket, avoiding the need to queue at the ticket office.
