Shirakawa-go, designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1995, features gassho-zukuri architecture that exudes a fairy-tale atmosphere throughout the year.
Kaga Onsen is located in the center of the three prefectures of Hokuriku and refers to the hot spring area in Kaga City and Matsudo City in Ishikawa Prefecture. It is also known as "Kaga's Four Springs" because it includes four hot springs: Yamashiro, Yamanka, Awazu, and Katayamazu.
Before boarding, you need to reserve a seat, which can be done through the following two methods:
Go to the ticket counter at the station and show your JR Pass (Japan Rail Pass) to the staff to receive your reserved seat ticket.
Use the reserved seat ticket machines at various JR line stations to make your reservation and print the ticket, allowing you to avoid waiting in line at the ticket counter.
Terms & Conditions
- The JR ticket is a named ticket, and the ordering process can be complex. Please ensure that you provide all necessary information when placing your order; if there are delays in issuing the ticket due to incomplete information, the traveler will bear the responsibility.
- The following situations require each child to purchase a child pass:
- When a child uses a reserved seat in a standard car alone.
- When a child is traveling alone.
- Luggage Regulations: The total size (height, width, and length) of luggage must not exceed 250 cm (with a maximum length of 2 meters). You may carry 2 pieces of luggage weighing up to 30 kg each (items such as umbrellas, canes, hand luggage, and backpacks are not counted).
- The exchange voucher will be sent to the customer's specified address by SF Express after order confirmation, with one voucher per person.
- Please exchange your voucher for a physical JR Pass at a local exchange point in Japan within 90 days from the date of purchase. After exchanging for a physical JR Pass in Japan, please activate it within 30 days.

- Tickets must be exchanged at designated locations in Japan; please refer to the official website for exchange points.
- Prices are calculated based on the lowest prices of air tickets, hotels, and additional fees on the day of purchase. Actual costs may vary due to currency exchange rates and supply conditions. If costs change for these reasons, no prior notice will be given.
- Once a travel product is confirmed, all details are non-changeable, and no refunds will be accepted for any payments made.
- Travelers must ensure they provide travel documents for verification to our staff at the time of booking. Therefore, travelers need to check and ensure the accuracy of their personal information and that of their companions:
- The English names of registered travelers must match those on their travel documents.
- The validity of travel documents is calculated from the departure date and must be at least 6 months.
- Holders of valid transit or entry visas.
- Sufficient blank pages in the passport for entry purposes.
- To ensure a worry-free journey, the Hong Kong Tourism Board recommends purchasing travel insurance for personal protection while traveling.
- The company will not accept any refund requests for those unable to board on time.
