- The price does not include: admission tickets to attractions and other personal expenses.
If the charter time exceeds 10 hours, or if the service is used between 20:00 and 22:00, an overtime fee will be charged (billed by the hour for any time under 1 hour). Overtime fees must be paid in cash on the day of service: 5,000 yen per 60 minutes for a 7-passenger vehicle. - Cancellations, refunds, or changes to the order date and service details are not allowed.
The service provider may cancel the activity due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you may reschedule, and arrangements will be made based on the following adverse weather conditions, with no refunds provided. - If you decide to withdraw from the activity during the process, no refunds will be issued.
You must comply with the service provider's pandemic prevention measures, such as wearing masks and sanitation practices. - The service provider will determine whether the activity can be held on the day of departure based on actual weather conditions and other safety factors. It is recommended to check the service provider's website before departure.
