- The rental company's general operating hours are 08:00–18:00. Please complete rental and return procedures within this time period.
- When picking up the vehicle, credit cards can be used to pay the rental deposit of 100,000 yen. After the supplier inspects the vehicle on the return day and confirms no issues, the deposit will be refunded during office hours.

- When booking a campervan driver, the following information must be provided: driver's full English name, date of birth, international license number, international license validity date, copy of international license, copy of passport.
- If a specific vehicle model is requested, please apply at the time of booking. The final decision will be made by the supplier at pickup time.
- Please bring personal toiletries: for example, sleeping bag, slippers, towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, razor, camping light, etc.
- For public and personal safety, only simple cooking of ingredients is allowed inside the campervan, such as boiling drinking water or boiling food. If cooking strong-smelling food or using oil for cooking, it must be done outside the campervan. Please fully cooperate.
- The maximum voltage inside the vehicle is 1500V.
- Guests must properly clean used kitchen utensils/facilities; otherwise, the supplier reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee.
- Guests must dispose of kitchen waste and oily water themselves and must not pour it into the vehicle's sink; otherwise, the supplier reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee.
- The campervan is a non-smoking vehicle; smoking inside is prohibited.
- The rental fee includes vehicle usage fee, satellite positioning driving navigation system (GPS), consumption tax, and insurance.
- The in-vehicle satellite positioning driving navigation system (GPS) provides voice prompts in Japanese and English.
- ETC card reader is provided in the vehicle, but guests must prepare their own ETC card.
- The above rent does not include vehicle fuel costs. The fuel tank will be filled before rental. Please return the vehicle with a full tank; otherwise, the car company will charge related fees.
- If the rented vehicle breaks down and cannot be driven, please immediately call the pickup/return store for assistance. The rental company will not compensate for lost rental time due to vehicle replacement.
- When selecting a vehicle model, in addition to noting the number of passengers, also pay attention to the number and size of luggage. Please reserve space for storage to avoid overcrowding passengers.
- At pickup, drivers (unlimited number) must submit valid international driver's licenses to the rental company for photocopying and filing. Before pickup, confirm whether the rental vehicle has any damage or abnormalities in appearance and function, and whether the fuel tank is full, etc.
- In addition to the rental fee, all other miscellaneous fees (such as highway tolls, en-route/hotel parking fees, fuel costs, admission fees to attractions, etc.) are at your own expense.
- For illegal parking and speeding fines, the rental company will pursue payment at the time of return or afterwards.
- If a traffic accident occurs without reporting to the police (no accident certificate), insurance will not cover it, and all compensation must be paid by the guest.
- If the guest has previously violated local driving regulations (such as not paying fines for illegal parking, speeding, etc.), it will affect future rental services. If unable to complete pickup procedures for this reason, all paid rental fees will not be refunded by our company.
- Children's (12 years old and under) ticket prices can be inquired with the travel concierge.
- Prices are calculated based on the day's lowest priced air tickets, hotels, and additional fees. Actual fees may vary due to currency exchange rates and availability. If fees change for the above reasons, no further notice will be given.
- Once the travel product is confirmed, all contents cannot be changed, and no refunds will be accepted for any payments already made.
- Because travelers did not provide travel documents for our staff to review at the time of registration, travelers must check and ensure for themselves and companions
