- When picking up the car, you can use a credit card to pay the car rental deposit of NT$5,000. The deposit will be refunded within office hours after the supplier checks the car on the day of return.
- When booking a campervan driver, the following information is required: driver's English full name, date of birth, international license plate number, international license plate validity date, copy of international license plate, and copy of passport.
- If there is a specified driving model, please apply when booking, and the final decision will be arranged and provided by the supplier when picking up the car.
- Please bring personal toiletries: for example: sleeping bags, slippers, towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, shaver, camping lights and other supplies.
- For the sake of public and personal safety, only simple cooking materials are allowed in the camper, such as: boiling drinking water or boiling water. If you need to cook food with strong taste or use oil to cook. It must be cooked outside a campervan, so please cooperate.
- Guests are required to properly wash the used kitchenware/facilities, otherwise the supplier has the right to charge a cleaning fee.
- Guests need to dispose of food waste and oily water by themselves, and should not pour it into the sink in the car, otherwise the supplier has the right to charge a cleaning fee.
- The campervan is a non-smoking vehicle, and smoking is not allowed in the car.
- The rental fee includes taxi usage fee, consumption tax and insurance.
The above rent does not include the fuel cost of the car. The fuel tank of the vehicle will be filled up before the rental. - Please fill up the fuel before returning the car, otherwise the car company will charge relevant fees.
- If the rental vehicle breaks down and cannot be driven, please call the store where the car was picked up/returned for assistance. The rental car company will not compensate the rental time lost due to the replacement of the vehicle.
- When choosing a car model, passengers should not only pay attention to the number of passengers, but also the number and size of luggage. Please reserve as much space as possible to avoid overcrowding of passengers.
- When picking up the car, the driver (unlimited number of people) must submit a valid international driver's license to the car rental company for photocopying and archiving. Before picking up the car, you must confirm whether the appearance and function of the taxi are damaged or abnormal, and whether the battery has been filled.
In addition to car rental fees, all other miscellaneous expenses (such as highway fees, en route/hotel parking fees, fuel fees, entrance fees to sightseeing spots, etc.) must be paid by oneself. - If there are fines for illegal parking and speeding, the car rental company will recover them when the passenger returns the car or afterwards.
- If a traffic accident occurs and is not reported to the police (without an accident certificate), the insurance will not accept it, and all compensation must be paid by the guest.
- If the customer has ever driven illegally in the local area (such as failing to pay fines such as illegal parking and speeding), future rental services will be affected. If the customer fails to complete the procedures for picking up the car due to this reason, the company will not refund all the car rental fees paid .
- The price is calculated based on the lowest price of air tickets, hotels and surcharges on the day. The exact cost may change due to currency exchange rates and availability. If the cost is subject to change due to the above reasons, no prior notice will be given
- Once the travel product is confirmed, all content cannot be changed, and all paid payments will not accept any refund
- Since passengers failed to provide travel documents for the company's staff to check when signing up, passengers must check by themselves and ensure that they and their companions
*The English name of the registered passenger must be the same as the English name on the travel document
*The validity period of travel documents is calculated on the date of departure and must be more than 6 months
* Hold a valid visa for transit or entry
* There are enough blank pages in the passport for entry purposes
In order to make the journey more secure, the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong recommends purchasing a travel insurance to protect yourself when traveling abroad - If you fail to board the flight as scheduled, the company will not accept any refund request
