Description
Lembeh Island is a small island off the northeast coast of Sulawesi, Indonesia. The canyon terrain formed by the volcano has accumulated black volcanic mud on the seabed. There is a world-class "Muck Dive" where you can see colorful and beautiful macro creatures in the sea. It is an internationally recognized world-class underwater macro photography paradise.
Here you can find gorgeous and colorful sea slugs, diverse small creatures such as Pygmy seahorse, Nudi or the rare Hairy frogfish, blue-ringed octopus!
Larger marine life is also found in Anilao, including large schools of jacks, the occasional turtle and giant seahorses!
